Our Works and Exhibition
作品是一件结合仪式行为与视觉诗意的互动装置，以传统画框为载体，纯白画布为“空境”，顶部与底部分别设置倒流香与线香装置。燃香过程中，烟雾在空白画面上自然流淌、叠合、消散，形成瞬息万变的烟痕意象。通过香仪式与视觉艺术的交融，作品探讨存在与虚无、瞬间与永恒之间的禅意张力。
The artwork is an interactive installation that combines ritual and visual poetry. It uses a traditional frame as its structure, with a pure white canvas serving as an "empty realm." Downward-flowing incense and rising incense sticks are installed at the top and bottom. As the incense burns, smoke naturally drifts, overlaps, and dissipates across the blank surface, forming ever-changing traces of mist. Through the fusion of incense ritual and visual art, the work explores the Zen-inspired tension between existence and emptiness, and the momentary and the eternal.

In today's overfilled world, "negative space" is no longer just an aesthetic concept—it becomes an act of resistance. This project transforms Eastern wisdom into a sharp response to modern overconsumption. It creates breathing room for thought, inviting the audience into a space where the mind can pause and reflect.
焦》系列以黑白抽象人物与失焦画面，构筑视觉迷局，探讨当代人际关系中自我与他者的复杂张力，以及个体内心的游离与审视。
The Focus series employs black-and-white abstract figures and blurred, out-of-focus imagery to construct a visual labyrinth, exploring the complex dynamics between the self and others in contemporary relationships, as well as the individual's inner sense of ambiguity and introspection.
《畲品》是一套植根畲族游耕文化的陶瓷茶酒器。设计将“房梁”化作可移动把手，建筑结构凝于器型，并巧妙融合泡茶与温酒功能，旨在日用中传承畲族智慧与情感。
She Pin is a ceramic tea and wine set inspired by the She ethnic culture of shifting cultivation. Its movable handle embodies the traditional "roof beam," its form echoes architectural structures, and it cleverly integrates tea brewing with wine warming, preserving She traditions through daily ritual.

“和睦四瑞”的故事源自于《本生经》，用以教导众生和谐共处、尊长爱幼和团结互助的美德。一套积木，四种动物，可拼合成圆满图形，亦可堆叠为平衡塔。在游戏中以轻松的寓教于乐方式传授传统智慧。
The story of the "Four Harmonious Brothers" originates from the Jataka Tales, teaching the virtues of harmonious coexistence, respect for elders, and mutual support. A set of blocks, four animals, can be assembled into a complete circle or stacked into a balanced pagoda, imparting traditional wisdom through lighthearted, edutaining play.
《圣地如来塔》藏香，以抽象图形凝练佛陀八大事迹之佛塔。产品将仪式感与实用性结合，在燃香与装藏的循环中，让文化在日常里呼吸、传承。
"Sacred Tathagata Pagoda" Tibetan incense abstracts the eight pagodas commemorating the Buddha's major life events into minimalist graphics. Blending ritual significance with practical use, it allows culture to breathe and be passed on through the cyclic acts of burning incense and symbolic "enshrinement."
「格桑花」种子明信片，将鲜活种子融入纸质问候。收信后浸泡培育，让远方祝福生根发芽，在城市窗台长出可陪伴的思念。
The "Gesang Flower" seed postcard blends live seeds into a paper greeting. Soak and nurture it upon arrival, allowing blessings from afar to take root and grow into a living keepsake on your city windowsill.
将传统唐卡首次绘制于立体地球仪上，由非遗传承人手绘实现，在转动中连接科学认知与精神宇宙，推动非遗活态传承。
For the first time, traditional Thangka art is painted on a three-dimensional globe by non-heritage inheritors. As it rotates, it connects scientific understanding with spiritual cosmology, promoting the dynamic preservation of intangible cultural heritage.

This pour-over set introduces the first "cultivable" wooden dripper, which absorbs and retains coffee flavors to form a distinct personal imprint. Its suspended design allows extraction to resemble dewdrops falling in mid-air, making it a lifelong companion that evolves with your coffee journey.
通过琉璃香氛、袋泡茶、沉香三大系列，构建从空间氛围、身体感受到内心境界的完整“心安”体系，诠释东方美学生活的当代体验。
Through three distinct lines—glazed fragrance, pouch tea, and agarwood—we construct a complete "heart-serenity" system. This system moves from spatial ambiance, through physical sensation, to inner tranquility, interpreting the contemporary experience of Eastern aesthetic living.

A Narrative Without End
我们用镜头全程追随沈伟先生，从其舞剧《诗忆东坡》的筹备直至巡演。基于对其艺术哲学的深刻领悟，我们成功萃取动静之间的舞蹈神韵，最终剧照成为官方海报，亮相纽约林肯中心。
With our cameras, we followed Shen Wei throughout the journey of his dance production Poetic Recall of Dongpo, from its early preparations to its touring performances. Guided by a deep understanding of his artistic philosophy, we succeeded in capturing the essence of dance between motion and stillness. Ultimately, the production photos became the official poster, displayed at Lincoln Center in New York.
2019年，我们为西藏自治区文化厅完成了一项喜马拉雅传统服饰田野调查。项目不仅系统记录与保存了多民族服饰遗存，更以影像进行当代创作，其中科迦村“孔雀服”系列作品荣获ICVA 2020国际视觉艺术理事会奖。
In 2019, we completed a field research project on traditional Himalayan clothing and accessories for the Department of Culture of the Tibet Autonomous Region. The project not only systematically documented and preserved the sartorial heritage of multiple ethnic groups but also engaged in contemporary creation through imagery. Among the outcomes, the "Peacock Costume" series from Kejia Village in Purang County received the ICVA 2020 International Visual Arts Council Award.

A She ethnic youth sets out from Fenghuang Mountain in Guangdong to visit scattered ancestral villages up north. This documentary traces "the forgotten She villages," documenting the transformations in language, attire, and memory while observing a quiet yet prolonged cultural fading.

在云南，我们将荒废的传统民居院落改造为兼具工作与生活的空间。设计打破原建筑的封闭感，依据高原四季的阳光与风向，重新构建空间与自然的关系，让老建筑在当代生活中焕发新生。
In Yunnan, we transformed a dilapidated traditional residential courtyard into a space that integrates both work and living. The design breaks away from the enclosed nature of the original structure, redefining the relationship between space and nature based on the sunlight and wind patterns of the plateau’s four seasons, allowing the old building to rejuvenate within contemporary life.
以“引光见景”之设计，铸就非遗活态传承的时代地标。将空间转化为叙事载体，与“雪堆白”共同铸就了一座可感知、可呼吸的活态文化殿堂，让非遗在当代真正苏醒与延续。
Through the design philosophy of "Guiding Light and Revealing View," we forge a landmark of the era for the living transmission of intangible cultural heritage. By transforming space into a narrative medium, we collaborated with "Snow Pile White" to create a perceivable, breathable living cultural sanctuary, where heritage truly awakens and endures in the present day.
在拉萨山脚下，一座300多年的传统老民居经“修旧如旧”改造重获新生。在保留原始建筑结构与古核桃树的同时，融入现代舒适与生态设计，成为衔接西藏传统与当代生活的文化栖居。
At the foot of a mountain in Lhasa, a 300-year-old traditional residence has been revitalized through "restoration while preserving the old." While retaining the original architectural structure and an ancient walnut tree, modern comfort and eco-friendly design have been integrated, creating a cultural dwelling that bridges Tibetan tradition and contemporary life.
改造长沙老房，融入“极简美术馆”风格。通过格局重组，为主卧增添独立卫生间，并融入大量隐藏收纳与全屋智能，让家成为装满福气、爱与探索精神的现代居所。
A renovation of an old Changsha apartment, blending a "minimalist art gallery" style. Through spatial restructuring, a private bathroom was added to the main bedroom, along with ample concealed storage and whole-house smart technology, transforming the home into a modern residence filled with blessings, love, and a spirit of exploration.
本项目是一项从文化研究、展陈策划到空间实现的全案实践。面对由20间临街商铺打通而成的异型场地，我们以藏茶文化为主题，将原建筑密集的结构立柱转化为设计亮点，最终打造出一个沉浸式的文化体验空间。
This project represents a comprehensive practice that integrates cultural research, exhibition planning, and spatial design. Confronted with the unconventional challenge of merging 20 storefronts into a single space, we centered the design around the theme of Tibetan tea culture. By creatively transforming the dense structural columns of the original building into a design highlight, we ultimately crafted an immersive cultural experience space.

Within the teaching building of the Buddhist College, we innovatively employ a movable modular exhibition system, allowing thangka artworks to be flexibly displayed in themed rooms, corridors, and public spaces. This approach balances the needs of long-term display and temporary traveling exhibitions, exploring the translation and expression of traditional culture in a contemporary spatial context.

Taking two years to detach from the high-speed social clock. Driving an RV, we simplify living space and material needs to the extreme. We are no longer passersby in cities but neighbors to mountains, rivers, lakes, and seas. In the wilderness, we relearn reliance on sunlight, rain, and wind, reawakening dormant animal instincts. Through the turning of the seasons, we gain a simple yet powerful vitality deeply connected to the land.
我们主动进入地球的原始领域，以身体进行终极对话。潜入蔚蓝深海、跃入蔚蓝高空、滑行于白色山脉，这些极限运动是勇气与谦卑的双重奏。在与自然元素的对抗与融合中，身体突破极限，心灵则收获关于边界、控制与释放的深刻哲学。
