展陈空间设计：西藏非物质文化遗产博物馆
Exhibition Space: Tibet Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum

西藏非物质文化遗产如唐卡、藏戏、藏香，是千年文明的生动载体，凝聚着独特的精神与技艺。然而，在全球现代化进程中，这些以人为核心的活态技艺，正面临传承断裂与记忆消逝的危机。

如何让璀璨的非遗被真正看见、感知并传承下去，成为我们与西藏文化企业“雪堆白”共同的核心课题。为此，我们全流程参与了西藏非物质文化遗产博物馆的运营、展陈、空间设计与落地执行，将蓝图转化为一座有温度、可呼吸的文化殿堂。

Tibetan intangible cultural heritage, such as Thangka, Tibetan Opera, and Tibetan Incense, represents the vibrant legacy of millennia, embodying unique spiritual beliefs and artisanal skills. However, in the face of global modernization, these living traditions, centered around human mastery, are confronting the risk of interrupted transmission and fading memory.

The central challenge was how to ensure this brilliant heritage is seen, felt, and carried forward. This mission brought us together with the Tibetan cultural enterprise "Snow Pile White." We participated in the entire process—from operational planning and exhibition design to spatial design and on-site execution—transforming blueprints into a warm, breathing cultural landmark.

我们的设计围绕 “引光” 与 “见景” 两个核心概念展开，让空间本身成为非遗叙事的一部分。于一楼，我们以“一束光”为指引。 灵感源于藏式民居窗户中透出的“丁达尔光”，这束光不仅是物理的引导，更是一个深刻的隐喻：非遗并非尘封的遗存，而是如光一般，拥有时间维度、持续生长、活态发展的生命体。

至顶层，我们以“豁然见景”为高潮。 在可俯瞰拉萨全景的空间，我们打造了一处沉浸式非遗体验馆。运用电控调光玻璃技术，初始时将壮阔的外部景象隐去。当体验完毕，玻璃瞬间透明，将布达拉宫与拉萨全景毫无保留地呈现在眼前——这一刻，室内的人文精粹与室外的天地神韵轰然对视，完成了从“感知非遗”到“领悟其魂”的升华。

这座博物馆超越了传统静态陈列的局限，打造了一座可触摸、可感知、可持续的活态文化空间，让古老非遗在当代真正焕发新生。

Our design revolved around two core concepts: "Guiding Light" and "Revealing View," allowing the space itself to narrate the story of intangible cultural heritage. On the first floor, we used a "beam of light" as a guide, inspired by the Tyndall effect seen through traditional Tibetan windows. This light serves not only as a physical pathway but also as a profound metaphor: intangible heritage is not a static relic but a living, evolving entity, much like light, carrying the dimension of time.

At the top floor, the experience culminates in a "sudden revelation of the view." In a space overlooking the panoramic scenery of Lhasa, we created an immersive intangible cultural heritage experience hall. Using electronically controlled smart glass technology, the majestic outdoor view was initially concealed. Once the experience concluded, the glass instantly turned transparent, unveiling the Potala Palace and the sweeping vista of Lhasa. At this moment, the cultural essence indoors and the majestic landscape outdoors engage in a powerful dialogue, elevating the journey from "perceiving" to "truly understanding" the soul of intangible heritage.

This museum transcends the limitations of traditional static displays, establishing a tangible, perceptible, and sustainable space for living culture, allowing ancient heritage to rejuvenate and thrive in the contemporary era.
